As a startup that was Co-Founded by a Syrian refugee, we at Co-Tasker, cannot simply sit back and not try to help. Due to the urgency of this crisis unfolding, we would like to offer our platform and community as a place where we can all further help Ukrainian refugees coming to Germany.
👉 We’re starting a campaign #HelpUkrainianRefugees to help Ukrainian refugees settle in Berlin, Hamburg and Potsdam (our operating cities).
Ukrainian refugees, or anybody who's looking to help Ukrainian refugees, can book helpful services and we will contribute 15 EUR towards the task. Here’s how it works:
Download the Co-Tasker app and create a task ad (free) stating what you need help with http://bit.ly/Co-Tasker_
In the task ad description, use the hashtag #HelpUkrainianRefugees and mention that the task is supposed to help Ukrainian refugees.
After receiving offers from local contractors, and before booking the service, send us an email to info@co-tasker.com and we will inform you how to claim the 15 EUR contribution from us.
As part of the campaign, we have informed the contractors on the platform to see if they can help by offering their services to help Ukrainian refugees with lower prices or for free.
🚨 Please note: The contractors who offer their services work independently and can choose whether or not they want to offer their services at a lower price or for free. It’s completely understandable that it might not be possible for some contractors.
Example tasks:
Transporting supplies/donations around Berlin/Hamburg/Potsdam.
Transporting families and their belongings.
Cleaning accommodation for Ukrainian refugees to move in.
Basic home repairs/installations for Ukrainian refugees to move into new homes.
Refugee bureaucracy/document help and German translation support.

The campaign will initially run until 10th April 2022.
