We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team!

 

💪 Responsibilities

  • Helping with customer relations and strengthening our community. Emailing, picking up the phone, and giving users an unforgettable personal experience on the platform!

  • Acquiring new users through various online and offline communities.

  • Creating relationships with local businesses.

  • Helping the team with admin-related tasks.

 

🌟 Your Character

  • You’re customer-focused and LOVE interacting with people.

  • You’re a quick learner who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

  • You’re focused and a perfectionist with attention to fine details.

  • Not only are you passionate about your role but you are making the people you are helping through our platform your priority.

 

☝️ Requirements

  • Work experience in a customer-facing role: Experience in writing emails and talking to customers over the phone in a professional manner.

  • Experience in Excel, Word, Gmail Suite

  • Language requirements: German (fluent proficiency) & English (full professional proficiency)

  • Must be based in Berlin
